I keep losing audio with my bluetooth hearing aid and my HP.  It comes and goes.

Pretty sure this is a quality issue with the hearing aid.  I had to upgrade my motorcycle helmet audio as it had a similar problem.

Possibly it could be a bluetooth problem.  If you have a bluetooth mouse and keyboard does it "glitch" at the same time as the audio fade problem?

The iPhone 10 had a well known problem with hearing aids when first released.

I assume you have an actual hearing aid that is Bluetooth and not just a Bluetooth earpiece that hangs around the ear.  However the equality issue still applies.

If there is a noise canceling option try turning it off.

Thank you for your response.  I have A Phonax hearing aid purchased last year for $$$$.  It works fine with my Samsung phone. The problem only seems to happen on my HP computer.   Sometimes it will work good for a while then start cutting in and out.

OK, looks like your system

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04800122

has Bluetooth 4.0 technology.  Latest is 5 and I suspect our hearing aid is version 5

Bluetooth 5 is the latest umbrella iteration of Bluetooth, the wireless, close-range technology found in smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, wireless headphones and speakers, laptops, desktop computers and more.

You can try upgrading your 750-124 to the latest 5.0.  It is a hardware change.

As far as I know there is no app that can obtain the Bluetooth information from the device. The device manager can list the model but the best is to open the case up and make a note of the model and version and google that value.  Since I do not have your product ID the best I could do was to lookup the model here

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-750-desktop-pc-series/8499646/model/8819429

You have either a broadcom or a realtek bluetooth device.

What is your product ID?  Go here and put in the ID or serial number

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/desktops

If Realtek is mentioned then possibly one can upgrade from 4.1 to 5.0 (or Broadcom or Intel)

You can lookup the part number and normally vendors list old parts and mention that the new, faster chip can be substituted.

It is also possible that a driver update might help.  Put in your serial# and see what updates is available and compares against what the device manager lists for the Realtek or Broadcom driver (Not the microsoft generic driver)
