Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am not able to turn up the volume on my Bose Soundlink Color II past like 60% when using via my computer.

I have all my speaker/volume settings set to 100. Per my call with Bose, I have run the update on the Bose Speaker to be sure it is all up to date. If I use the Bose App on my phone, I am able to turn up the volume to 1000% via bluetooth and my iPhone, but via bluetooth and my PC, I can't turn up the volume past say 60%. Makes zoom difficult to hear.

Bose said they have helped as far as their technology is concerned... it must be my HP.

Any help?
