Cortana can't hear me and i can't hear Cortana.....
And my system is not working properly and it takes much time to respond....
PLEASE HELP ME.

If the speech function fails to start. Try it again:
Here are few workarounds to fix the issue:
Click the Cortana search box, then click the Settings icon . Locate the Hey Cortana section, then click the on/off toggle to turn Cortana off and then on again. Often, this is all you need to do.

If it still doesn't start, use the following instructions.
In Windows, search for and open Task Manager.
Select the Details tab.
Right-click and select End Task on any of the following processes you find in the list:
- cortanadssserver.exe
- placesserver.exe
- remindersserver.exe
- runtimebroker.exe
- speechruntime.exe
- searchui.exe
- actionuriserver.exe
- shellexperiencehost.exe
- Select the Processes tab.
- Find Windows Explorer and right-click it.
