Hi I know a few people have mentioned that they've had audio problems, but I've had my laptop for over a year without any problems with the sound. Then 2 days ago it started to crackle, so I thought it was the headphones, so I changed them for 2 other pairs and it was exactly the same. I have checked the drivers and followed multiple instructions on how to improve it, but nothing seems to work. I did something last night (not sure what) and this morning it worked well, very clear, but then I've just played some music and as soon as the volume went up, the crackling started. This is beyond me, I need help, thanks
