I have an HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-x035qe computer with Windows 10. When I have my Monoprice BT-300ANC Headphones connected to the computer by wire, they work fine. However, when I try to use them wireless, nothing comes through. The computer speaker stays on but there is no audio coming through the headphones. With respect to the headphones, they have batteries, are turned on and the little blue light blinks. And, according to the Windows 10 Settings panel, everything is set up correctly and operating; the troubleshooter shows no problems. Nonetheless, when I try to use Bluetooth wireless, there is no audio. What am I doing wrong?
