I suddenly lost audio (speaker) on my nearly 2yr old HP ENVY Desktop PC TE02-1000i RCTO. I have tested the speakers on my laptop. I have tried on older set of speakers. I have run all the HP and Windows diags both saying No Device/Speaker Found.
At this point I am at a loss and looking for suggestions. Thank you

Hi @KaptKen
go to the device manager, then click on Sound, video and game controllers, uninstall the Realtek driver, it will ask if you want to remove the software, check the box, accept and then restart the device, then install the next sound driver.
