Cannot get sound on computer.

Audio was lost when HP installed Windows 10.  How do I get it back?  TRoubleshoot cannot find any software to reinstall saudio software.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are having an issue with the audio on the PC. I'd be happy to assist you.

Plug in headphones/earphones and check if there is any audio.

Install updates using HP Support Assistant

1. In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant. 
2. Check for updates. 
3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.  

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

Also, perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
