Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

I see that you trying to disable internal speakers on HP Envy desktop 750,

Use these steps to disable internal Audio.

  • Turn Off Audio Enhancements in Windows 10.
  • In the taskbar search, type 'Sound' and select Sound Control Panel item from the list of results. The Sound properties box will open. Under the Playback tab, right-click the Default Device.

If a sound device is listed with a down arrow, the device is disabled. Right-click the sound device name and select Enable to re-enable the device. Go to the next step if problems continue after enabling the device.
