I see that you trying to disable internal speakers on HP Envy desktop 750,
Use these steps to disable internal Audio.
- Turn Off Audio Enhancements in Windows 10.
- In the taskbar search, type 'Sound' and select Sound Control Panel item from the list of results. The Sound properties box will open. Under the Playback tab, right-click the Default Device.
If a sound device is listed with a down arrow, the device is disabled. Right-click the sound device name and select Enable to re-enable the device. Go to the next step if problems continue after enabling the device.
