HP ENVY All-in-One Desktop - 27 - b220qd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP ENVY All-in-One Desktop - 27 - b220qd which has a HDMI input port... I have connected it to my Xbox HDMI output and want to know how I can tell my desktop to connect/switch input to that port... I did it once and it worked great.. when I shut off my Xbox my  desktop returned to normal display. I cannot get it to connect again. Any help would be appreciated. Also it would be helpful to know how to switch back and forth

Thanks for the response... On my particular All-in-One system there is a nondescript button between the Ethernet and the HDMI connections... It actually was pointed out to me by a "Geek Squad" guy at my local Best Buy. I would be helpful to us consumers that a more detailed description of ports and connections specific to the system we own were part of the documentation. Don't get me wrong... I really like HP products but to me the support is lacking

@Dutch65,

I am glad that you were able to figure that out. The source button is sometimes located on the bottom or back of the computer and it depends on the model.

I will pass on your feedback to the concerned team and they will surely work on your feedback.

If any other questions arise, please feel free to write back to me.

Cheers!
