I use a PC and one day I accidentally uninstalled the Realtek drivers so I reinstalled them, and since that day there will be no audio control. The worst thing of all is that I reinstalled it again and nothing.
(update) Literally 10 minutes after posting this I checked and the driver is not compatible with Windows 10; where can I find compatible drivers?

Hi Alden4,
Thanks, I was able to find the audio drivers for the motherboard and DTS is now working normally in that comment, and I know it sounds like nonsense, but in the process I accidentally deleted the AMD High Definition Audio sound device and I can't find a way to get it back other than uninstalling and reinstalling the Adrenalin software.
I don't know if you can help me with this, but I hope for a quick response,
2Yan4

Hi @2Yan4,
Thank you for your response,
It sounds like you've made some progress with the DTS audio on your HP laptop, but accidentally deleting the AMD High Definition Audio device can be a bit tricky. Here are a few steps you can take to restore the AMD High Definition Audio device without having to uninstall and reinstall the Adrenalin software.
Check Device Manager:
- Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager.
- Look for Sound, video and game controllers and see if the AMD High Definition Audio device is listed.
- If it appears with a yellow exclamation mark, right-click on it and select Update Driver. Then choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
Scan for Hardware Changes:
- In Device Manager, click on the Action menu at the top and select Scan for hardware changes. This might prompt Windows to recognize the deleted audio device and reinstall it.
Install the Latest Drivers:
- Go to the AMD Drivers and Support page and download the latest drivers for your specific graphics card or chipset.
- During installation, it should offer to install the AMD High Definition Audio driver as well.
Use the Troubleshooter:
- Right-click on the speaker icon in the system tray and select Troubleshoot sound problems. This may help detect and fix issues with audio devices.
Restore Previous Drivers:
- If the issue persists, you might try rolling back to a previous version of the driver. In Device Manager, right-click on your audio device (if visible), select Properties, and then go to the Driver tab to see if the Roll Back Driver option is available.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
