Hello,

I just downloaded Windows 11, My DTS: Unbound is not working on my Windows 11 Pro, It was working on Win 10.

Sound > Logitech Headset > Spatial Audio > DTS X: Headphones

When I go back and open this screen again it's off I don't know why, same from Control Panel > Sound > Properties > Apply > OK and I come back it's gone.

  1. Updated everything from Settings.
  2. Updated everything from HP Support Assistance.

Plus contacted Microsoft they won't listen to my inquiry made me wait for 30m and no response.

I do not know if I understood correctly, what you are indicating ..
is it still a computer from this series?

from what i can see there are no drivers for windows 11 here
It may not be fully compatible.
Did you add a microsoft app, or the function is supplied as standard?

dts.gifI don't know how to reproduce your problem
i installed windows 11 today.
I just downloaded Dts sound Unbound from microsoft store
but this is a trial version for a few days
I opened the app, tried the video after selecting dys in the sound settings
i closed the app, then tried again, it is not disabled!
