Product: E243m with Pop-up Webcam & Audio
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have been using the E243m monitor with Pop-up Webcam & Audio which has been great so far.

 

However, I recently reconnected my laptop and the Webcam and Microphone was not recognised or registering (e.g. in Teams, Zoom). The monitor and speaker still works.

 

I am getting a 'driver error' message when I go onto settings but when I go to download a driver it says all up-to-date and when I reinstall I get the same problem. 

 

I am using the USB a-b and HDMI connection

 

As mentioned it was all working fine... it just suddenly stopped!

@glb35241 -- do you have another computer to which you can connect your webcam? Does it work? Do you have any problems downloading/installing any software for the webcam?

 

When you write "reinstall", do you mean that you uninstalled the software, restarted the computer, and then installed the software?
