Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Diags failed to rectify sound loss after recent Microsoft Driver update. Prior Win10 upgrade has turned off restores to 0 size. Driver removal AMD & Realtek reinstall on reboot, but no sound from internal or jack output

HP Recommended

Solved - a Microsoft driver update had overwritten the HP Realtek driver. Able to Roll back vis Control Panel - drivers & ok. Else download from https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-all-in-one-pc-24-xa1000i/25644601
