Product: HP 2.1 COMPACT SPEAKERS SYSTEM
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Mi pc tiene el sistema externo de sonido  HP 2.1 COMPACT SPEAKERS SYSTEM después de que lo resetearon no volvió a funcionar, a que se debe? no le encuentro la falla. Ya revise los parlantes y el woofer y estan bien, pero al conectarlo no funciona. QUE SE PUEDE HACER?
