Product: HP ENVY 795
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

video and audio stopped working, to get it to work again I have to restart. Had a guy work on my computer he got it working fine, but the latest update messed it up again. Yes have downloaded latest drivers and ran hardware check. I see other people with the same issue, so HP figure this out or this will be my last HP
