I have a similar problem. I get sound from internal computer speakers, but I get NO sound from external speakers and headphone jack. It stopped working suddenly a couple days ago. I have HP Envy 23 computer , Windows 10. I have tried all trouble shooting but with no success. The external Bose Speakers and headphones work fine. And you can hear them making connection when plugged in but then so sound out of them
Please if someone can tell me what to do.
