Hello , I need help with my problem ...so a few months ago I gave my laptop ( HP Omen) to a service and they turned off the Headphones and the mic manualy with a program and since then they are not working regargless if i plug in my headphones...So I've tried everything I know to turn them back on because i need them to work with my laptop but unsuccesfull.What can I do and how to turn them back on ? Is It with program or somehow from the options ?

Assuming that this "service" did so with software instead of disrupting a mechanical connection, then most likely it is a Windows setting. First place is to look in device manager to see if the audio device was deactivated by removing the drivers.
If the device manager shows audio devices as working, then the next place to look is in Windows audio settings. Right click on the speaker icon - lower right of the screen. Pick settings. When the settings page opens, look at the "output device" - see what is selected in the box. Make that "Speakers/Headphones" if not selected.
Next note where the slider is positioned on the "Master Volume" line and adjust to 75% or higher, if necessary.
Next click on the "Troubleshoot" box and go thru the dialogue.
See if that has made a difference and report back.

If you wish to have help, you are going to need to supply a better response than it did not work.
Explain what you did and what you saw of each step as you followed my advice., screenshots would be very helpful
1) A screenshot of the Deviance manager page with the audio listing
2) a screenshot of the settings page
BTW: while Windows version was not specified, I was using Windows 10 illustrations.
