Hi

 

I am writing regarding a problem with HP Prodesk 400 600 800 G4 G5 with Synaptics audio hardware. After update from Win11 23H2 to 24H2 there is no audio anymore. Device manager shows OK.

I hope HP is reading this as well as I would ask them to include this mentioned audio driver

Synaptics – MEDIA – 8.65.321.20 

 

on their HP driver site. I could not get it work with the Windows Update Catalog and manual installation. It came back with an error "incompatible driver".
