I recently received this HP TouchSmart 320 All-in-One Desktop and when I factory rebooted, it asked if I wanted to get the latest up date to Windows 10, so I did. Fast forward to current issue, my audio driver does not work, I have done every Windows upgrade available that was detected my BIO-S is 7.05. I have ran through the advance trouble shooting and did the default restart and apply and still no audio driver. When I try to manually detect the driver, uninstall and reinstall their is a message displayed saying there is a still an issue and go the manufacturer's website. I am stuck now and have tried troubleshooting for the last 4+ hours and could really use some new ideas or guidance.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if the W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model desktop PC also works on yours.
Restart the PC after installing the driver...
