HP Recommended

I have HP-Victus 16-d. I can hear audio but speaker over keayboard, just below screen is not working. Audio is coming from sides. I tried updating drivers, windows update, default BIOS settings but nothing worked. I also tried troubleshooting, HP  support assistant but no difference.

Hi. I just bought a new hp victus 15 12 gen 0031dx. It has speakers above the keyboard and on sideways. The problem is only sideways speakers are working and not the main speaker. Has anybody experienced the same issue? If yes, how to fix it?
