Z2 G4 motherboard has an 8 pin connector for audio, whereas standard HD audio is 10 pin.   Anyone have a pinout for the HP 8 pin connector?  I am able to get 3.5mm mic and headphone jacks working although something must be off as it doesn't detect when jack is connected as it should which I'm interepreting as misidentified presence and sense

As best I can tell:

Pin 1:  Port 1R(Mic)

Pin 2:  Ground?

Pin 3:  Port 2R

Pin 4:  Presence

Pin 5:  Port 2L

Pin 6:  No Pin

Pin 7:  Ground

Pin 8:  Sense?

Opened up the integrated front panel connector which has the 3.5mm audio jack:

Pin 1:  white = Mic

Pin 2:  black = A Ground

Pin 3:  red  =  Right

Pin 4:  black  =  Ground

Pin 5:  yellow = Left

Pin 6:  No Pin

Pin 7:  green  = SR

Pin 8:  blue =  Ground

So my initial testing was mostly correct.  Does SR mean Sense Return (Jack detection)?   A Ground = Audio ground?
