HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought a new HP Z2 Mini G9 workstation and am trying to use a pair of earbuds with a microphone.  The output through the headset is fine, but the microphone input is very low.  I've tried:

 

1)  Turning off audio enhancements for the device.

2)  Turning up the input.

3)  Multiple headsets (all of which work on my HP laptop).

 

Any ideas?
