Hi, i recently bought an HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-1003nl, as soon as i played some music i noticed that something wasn't ok, my speakers with subwoofer didn't work as usual, the speakers work perfectly fine, but the subwoofer doesn't make any bass sound like before with my old pc, i tried to use a preinstalled app called "HP Audio Center" to make it work again, but it didn't work, it went even worse. I tried to resolve the problem uninstalling the app, but it didn't change anything, now i'm trying to reinstall it to reset everything but i can't find the app anywhere, i even tried using the HP website on "Software and drivers" but once i put the serial code it keeps searching for hours and hours finding nothing, i already tried to update the drivers but they are already up to date, and i noticed that this audio problem is coming only from the jack behind, if i plug my headphones on the front the audio is perfectly fine like before, can someone help me?

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver (Nov 25, 2020), this should help.
(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111001-111500/sp111244.exe
(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.
Regards.
