Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Product: HP X24c Gaming Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)
I have a problem with my HP X24c monitor, when there is no display(the computer is off) and the monitor is connected to power, it makes this buzzing/whining sound from the top.
With the display off the indicator light is red and it makes the high pitched whining noise, when I press the button to turn on the monitor(PC is off) the light turns white and the noise is louder.
The only way to stop this is to disconnect the power cable.
I'm overall satisfied with the monitor it's quality is amazing, this is it's only problem. So I'm wondering whether to return it, ask to get it exchange or what am I supposed to do?
