When I use Zoom, the headphone jack does not work.  However, when using other programs it does work.  Suggestions?  I don't see anywhere in the settings of Zoom that are causing the problem, but it does seem to be a conflict between Zoom and HP.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried updating the Zoom app to the latest version?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
Right-click on the speaker icon next to the clock and select Open Sound settings.

Under Input, click Device properties.

Ensure disable is not checked and volume is not muted. And, also check Zoom's speaker settings in Audio Settings.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
