Hi there I recently purchased a used HP mini G5 and it had quite high fan speed and I thought it was just a noisy hot little thing.
However I looked in task manager and saw CxUIUSvc using over 50% CPU...
I looked it up on google and the top result was a question in this forum with the same title as mine.
The suggested fix was to disable the service... I tried that and it worked.
However a better fix was to get updated software.
I hoped to leave a comment on the other thread since it's the top result in google, however the thread was locked.
I've since updated the software driver for the audio chipset and that resolved the issue with the CPU usage and noisy fan etc.
Here are the details of my computer in case anyone finds that and finds it useful:
HP ProDesk 600 G5 Desktop Mini
product number: 8AG09PA#ABG
This is the driver update that fixed the issue:
Windows 11 22H2
Synaptics HD Audio Driver
