Hi Paul,

Is this the correct file?     2a5326a4-50d6-434d-b348-0d6080127f48_6830aac47eadf656d591a3a98854916033f32b0d

The folder then offer intel drivers. I chose the first  - Bluetooth and got this response Code 10

The other options are:

Hi:

The driver file you want to browse to is the IntcOED.inf file.

That is the file that has support for the hardware ID you posted.

If Windows does not give you the option to browse to that file, then it won't work that way either.

Hello,

I finally have sound though it has taken ages.

I tried and SFC fix (?) which found faulty files but still did not fix it.

In the end, I got the speakers to install an Intel driver so it showed in the games and Sound controllers rather than an unknown device but it still did not give sound.

What seems to have finally made the difference is to keep installing updates and update the intel Smart Sound Technology BUS. to the latest version

Hi:

Glad you were able to get the audio to work again.

I gave the same instructions I gave you to another forum member today and those worked for his PC:

I guess not all PC's work the same way.
