What exactly do you want to deactivate, the integrated audio card.
or the buzzer, beep in case of error?
What did you try to go to the bios?

Thank you for your fast response. I wants to try to disable the on-board soundcard. In a past at my old PC, I could disable the on-board soundcard in the bios. For the following reason I wants try to disable the on-board soundcard. After the last update from Windows, I have in the device manager a warning sign (see screenshot below). I tried to find new driver for this issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver. I tried also to install the Win 10 System new but nothing solved the issue. Now I thought, when try to disable the Realtek on-board soundcard the message will disappear. Sometimes I think it will better, that I will not install the new updates from Microsoft (never touch a running system). Since I have this issue the Sennheiser GSX 1200 pro, also work not proper and during the start the mouse also stuck at first time. I guess this is op to the USB issue. Since I have bought the new HP PC, I had many problems with the USB Ports but all of the issues where solved after a new install of the system. After the new update from Microsoft, I got the new issue but in this case, after the new installation of the Win 10 system, the problem is still there. Now I have no more ideas what I can do. At the Intel page, I also found no driver and help.

You are using a usb sound card, is that right?
Disabling the integrated audio, may not change the problem of the intel audio error here.
try
In the given link, you have the indication to go to the bios, but not say that there is an option to deactivate the audio
here your integrated audio controller, it's realtek
although i doubt that will change something, if not possible from bios, tried right click in realtek driver properties, then disabled
also try another usb port, for usb card if possible
also see updates for the device

Thank you very much for your support. You are right, I am using an USB Soundcard the Sennheiser GSX 1200. I tried the Intel driver, which you have linked, but I have still the same issue. I also changed the USB Port without success. The Firmware of the Sennheiser is also up to date. But I see one different of the Intel driver. The driver is for Microsoft Windows 10 Version 20H2 (64-bit) and I have the Microsoft Windows 10 Version 21H1 (64-bit). I don’t know if this is a problem.

From what I saw you have both Intel and Realtek audio
If I connect a USB headset, for example, I don't have anything other than the realtek
Is it different for you, you have two different systems ...
But if you disconnected the device, the intel still remains visible, or only if you connect the device?
When you have tried to install the driver, do you get an error message, the driver is installing, nothing, what exactly is happening?
"The driver is for Microsoft Windows 10 Version 20H2 (64-bit) and I have the Microsoft Windows 10 Version 21H1 (64-bit). I don’t know if this is a problem."
Yes it is possible, in general the driver works with two different Windows versions, but sometimes this actually breaks the problem.

Thanks again for your ongoing support 😊. During the installation of the Intel driver, I got no error message. Only the message after the installation in the device manager “The device cannot be started. (Code 10). An invalid parameter was passed to a service or function.” When I disconnect the Sennheiser GSX 1200. The Controller disappear but the Realtek and Intel Controller a still visible (see picture below).

Sennheiser Connected:
For what I need this Intel Smart Sound Technologie for USB Audio? When I deactivate the Intel driver, the Sennheiser Audio still works, but not so well as before the last Windows update. I saw during the last update, that some Realtek and Intel Files have been installed from Windows.

I guess I found the problem. I found that the higher-ranking driver is the system component “Intel(R) Smart Sound Technologie-OED”. I have de-installed the driver and in the same moment the Intel Smart Sound Technologie for USB Audio disappeared. Then I have restarted the system. The Intel(R) Smart Sound Technologie-OED driver was re-installed and the Intel Smart Sound Technologie for USB Audio was not installed (see picture below).

I think I didn't understand
I believed your device was not working at all because of this
yes, I was ready to suggest you uninstall the driver completely, and try to reinstall it
If windows update installed a realtek audio driver, (if I understood correctly)
rather try to reinstall the HP driver, and avoid the windows drivers which often brings more problem than resolution
Sorry for the response time

The sound of the Sennheiser was working, but not well. Sometimes the Sennheiser was started but there was no sound. After a restart, the sound comes back. I could disable the Intel Audio USB and everything was working. However, I don’t like it, when I have a problem with a driver in the device manager. Often these problems caused new issues.
Today I started the Windows update and the updater installed an Intel Driver and what shout I say the same issue started again😡. I have directly de-installed both drivers as I did yesterday and now everything fine again. Cross the fingers that Windows will not install so often new Intel driver 😁.
