Product: Probook 430 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to install Realtek drivers to get to the enchantments tab, but I wasn't successful. I need an alternative, and possibly a quick fix. 

Any suggestions and comments are welcome. 

I run Win 10 on HP Probook 430 G3

can you confirm the model and give the product number of this computer ?.
Because with a quick search on the HP support, we find this:

So it is not likely to work since it is mentioned:

HP ProBook 430 G3 PC Product Specifications

HD audio with DTS Studio Sound

 

Conexant HD Audio Driver
