Does the Hp Envy 700-074 (Win10 Home 64bit) have an internal speaker built in?

Hi:

 

No, you will have to connect a set of external speakers to it in order to get sound.

 

If you are having sound issues with the speakers connected, I see the specs for your PC indicate that it has the IDT audio system, but no W10 driver for it on the support page.

 

You should be able to get the sound to work (with speakers connected) by installing this driver and restarting the PC.
