My hp wireless mini speaker gets connected to my phone but the audio when I'm playing music is so low I have to strain.what could be the issue?

Hi @Clynt77

1) Have you checked the volumes on both the devices? Is it all the way up? 

2) Have you tried connecting the speaker to another device? 

3) What's the OS installed on your phone? 

I'd suggest try forgetting this device and re-set it up again.

Also, check for updates on your phone.
