Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been hearing murmur sound in my laptop speaker I have even tried troubleshooting but its not helping. I also used other speaker through Bluetooth but the murmur sound is coming in the other speaker too. I need a solution for that I don't have warranty right now so I have to fix it myself. Please help

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.


   (a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
             https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp112001-112500/sp112407.exe
   (b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
   (c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
   (d) Reboot again.
