Hello

Whatever I did, I couldn't find the driver of this device. Somebody please help.

Hi:

 

The Intel audio device listed in your screenshot should have been installed by the Realtek audio driver.

 

I did find this W11 Realtek audio driver under the W10 driver section on your PC's support page.

Thanks and I really appreciate it worked now.

 

What I did is. Made extraction via winrar and tried to update driver and I chosed this file 

sp138782\Drivers\dchu_5_HpHSA_262\BangOlufsenAudioControlHSA.inf

it worked.

You're very welcome. 

 

I'm glad you know how to try manually installing a driver when the auto install doesn't work. 

 

I use the free 7-zip file utility to extract a driver exe file into its driver folder.
