Hi @Aman04,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue with the missing HP Audio Control (or any similar audio control software) on your HP Omen laptop, follow these steps:

Check HP Support Assistant:

  • Open the HP Support Assistant application on your laptop.
  • Go to the "My devices" tab and select your HP Omen laptop.
  • Check for any available updates or drivers specifically related to audio.

Download from HP Website:

  • Visit the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Software and Drivers for OMEN Gaming Laptop 16-wf0010TX (7X6G8PA)
  • Enter your laptop’s model number (OMEN By HP 16.1 Inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-Wf0000) and select your operating system (Windows 11).
  • Look for any audio drivers or audio-related software (such as Realtek High-Definition Audio Driver) and download them. Install these drivers and restart your laptop if necessary.

Install Audio Control Software:

  • If the HP Audio Control software isn't available directly from the HP website, you can try installing the Realtek Audio Console from the Microsoft Store. This software often provides EQ and other audio control features.
  • Open the Microsoft Store from your Start menu, search for "Realtek Audio Console," and install it.

Reinstalling Audio Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager by pressing Win + X and selecting "Device Manager."
  • Expand the "Sound, video and game controllers" section.
  • Right-click on your audio device (e.g., Realtek High Definition Audio) and select "Uninstall device."
  • Restart your laptop. Windows should automatically reinstall the necessary audio drivers upon reboot.

Windows Update:

  • Ensure your Windows is up to date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
  • Sometimes, Windows updates can fix missing software or driver issues.

HP Recovery Manager:

  • Use HP Recovery Manager if it's available on your laptop. This tool can help reinstall drivers and software that originally came with your laptop.
  • Search for "HP Recovery Manager" in your Start menu and open it. Use it to reinstall the audio drivers and software.
