HP Pavilion Desktop - TP01-0105t 3UQ88AA#ABA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased the HP Pavilion Desktop - TP01-0105t3UQ88AA#ABA and it doesn't have Realtek HD Audio Manager it just has Realtek. It sounds like a tin can, can anyone help?

There is a chance, especially if there was a Windows Update, that the driver is just missing now.

If so, you just need to reinstall the driver to get the Realtek HD audio Manager back in the control panel.

To do this, open Device Manager and click Sound Video and Game Controllers and see if Realtek is listed.

If it is, right-click on it and choose Properties, click on the Driver tab then the Update Driver button.

Then "Browse my computer for driver software"

Then "Let me pick from a list"

Then click to highlight the Realtek HD Audio folder and click the Update button. Let it update and restart.

Then check the Control Panel again for the Realtek HD Audio Manager.

I did what you suggested and found Realtek HD audio Manager when I tried to update the driver Windows would not allow it. Thank you

Okay try this.

Open File Explorer and click on the C drive/Program Files/Realtek/HDA and see if there is a file called rtkNgui.exe or anything with GUI in the name.

If there is, click on it and see if it opens the Realtek Audio HD Manager.

Hello
If you're looking for the specific realtek audio panel, you probably won't find it!
Hp PCs are equipped with a special utility, most often!
I have not seen what it is about here, but look at what is written in the manual:

User Guide

Use sound settings to adjust system volume, change system sounds, or manage audio devices.

To view or change sound settings:Type control panel in the taskbar search box, select Control Panel, select Hardware and Sound, and then select Sound.
Your computer may include an enhanced sound system by Bang & Olufsen, B&O Play, or another provider.
As a result, your computer may include advanced audio features that can be controlled through an audio control panel specific to your sound system.
Use the audio control panel to view and control audio settings.
Type control panel in the taskbar search box, select Control Panel, select Hardware and Sound, and then select the audio control panel specific to your system.

For drivers , just use:
