Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Please if anyone could help me with how to go about making my laptop speaker work again after installing the windows 11 on it,the speaker as stops working,unless I plugged in an earphone that's when I could hear what sounds is playing on the system 

 

Please if anyone have a solution to this should please treat it with urgency. All answer are widely accepted.
