Product: Envy 700-414
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Had windows 8 the speakers were working fine, installed 10 now they won't work?  They "test" OK but nothing comes out when in you tube or trying to listen to a n embedded video in email?  They are BOSE Companion 20 speakers.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer if you have not done so already, would be to update the audio driver to the W10 version and restart the PC.
