HP Recommended

How can I speak using zoom or other online calls through other platforms where both the internal mic and external are being used on my hp elitebook?  I'm not using a headset. I have no issues on all my other devices, just the hp elitebook. 

I cannot be heard for a zoom call or any other tyoe of online call. I'm not using a headset but the pc speaker option. Again, it's not just zoom and if I can be heard, I also can't record from the internal mic using any of my software.

 

Hiw can I use both the internal and external mic on a call or video and record the conversation using both mics? Again, I have no issues doing these things on my other devices.
