Is there any live help for this issue I'm having? I don't have a smart phone so can't use whatsapp or the other methods listed to contact someone about my problem.
Just bought this computer and the problem is whenever I play a new video the sound starts off really low and then raises over a few seconds. I miss the beginning of the video because of this. Does it every time.

New System - The usual parade of events
Brand new systems generally need at least a couple of runs through Windows Update to get caught up.
What?
Depending on how long the device was held before it was purchased, Windows Update might take a few minutes and a single run or it might require two or more "Get updates" runs during which the system will try to capture what is needed. You can perhaps expedite the process a little bit by opening Windows Update after the system reboots and running a "Check for Updates".
The system might need one or more HP Drivers to complete its setup.
Some people use the HP Support Assistant to update drivers.
You can also check / download / install drivers manually.

Case submission to HP Support is available to those whose devices registered and are still in Warranty.
Some regions display phone / chat contact information only after the case is submitted online
Not every issue is covered under the standard Hardware Warranty. Purchased Care Pack Warranties differ by contract.
HP is not a "general" repair facility: Requests for out-of-warranty repairs are usually not accepted.
If the problem is hardware, if your device is in Warranty, if your device is Registered, and you cannot submit your case to Support, let us know and we will forward a request.
Important
HP Phone numbers you find on the Internet have likely been hijacked. Old HP phone numbers – those numbers no longer used by HP since the move to “online” case submissions – might have been taken over by thieves.
