Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have exactly the same problem, been going on for ages, with many people complaing and HP has never done anyting about this major bug in the BIOS.

Even when the computer is shutdown (still turned on at the wall), someone in a block of units next to me, can connect to the HP (Bang & Olsen) speakers without my permission and it plays at full volume.

Even though I have turned off any access to  Bluetooth through the HP Display control panel. No one should be able to use it, including myself.

Why has HP not fixed such a major bug, do you know what it is like, waking up in the middle of the night with the speakers blaring out full blast?

The only way to stop it, is to remove power to the computer. But if I forget to turn it off at the wall, this is the punishment.
