So I own a "HP Pavilion - 15-cs3075cl" and for the past 2 weeks something has been going on with it. At random times like when I change the position of my laptop it starts making a loud vibrating noise and doesn't stop unless I restart the laptop. My guess is that there is something going on with my laptops fan so I desperately need help with it. I don't know how to exactly explain the noise but if there is anyone who knows what's going on then please tell me asap.

Hello,
It sounds like your laptop fan may be misaligned or obstructed—possibly due to dust buildup or a loose internal component. Sudden vibrations when repositioning suggest a mechanical issue. Try cleaning the vents with compressed air and check for loose screws or panels. If the noise persists, a technician should inspect the fan assembly to prevent long-term damage.
