HP EliteOne 800 G5 23.8-inch All-in-One IDS Base Model

Hi - after a windows update last night (which the PC prompted me to install on shutting down), I have since lost sound altogether. I contacted Windows support who spent over two hours with me trying to fix it. We reinstalled drivers, uninstalled, reinstalled, did everything we could. Still no sound. The other thing that was lost was my screensaver image was no longer used - but Im not worried about that.

I notice this system uses Bang & Olufsen speaker. It seems we cant get the Bang & Olufsen app to run either.

Either way, i have zero sound on my computer for video or spotify. Can someone please help?

Hi. I had the same  thing. I uninstalled the Realtek audio driver. That fixed it for me. hope that helps.

I have the same issue on the same system.  Windows updated and now no sound.  All drivers show installed, no errors.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled, manually reinstalled, deleted, rebooted and after reboot same driver is reinstalled and left with the same issue.  No sound.  Next is resetting which is a last resort.
