Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b011a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently brought this computer to replace an older HP computer but am noticing that the volume on this is considerable quieter than the previous computer.  Despite having volume on full.  Wonder if someone can give me some suggestion.

It currently has this driver installed.

for anyone else having issues with their volume, my suggestion is remov ethe B & O software that comes preinstalled with the computers, then you will have normal voume back, just more bloatware from HP and their own staff who don't know and give links to the wrong software.

Greetings @lightseed,

Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are getting very low volume from the speakers on your All-in-one computer, is that right?

Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Have you made any hardware changes on your computer?

Download and install the softpaq from this link and check.

If the issue persists, uninstall the audio driver from device manager and install the audio driver from this link

Let me know if this helped.
