Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 14-dv0000 (9WF41AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My mircrophone is not working since 5 months, where I have a meeting or whatsapp call, this microphone option is disabled always even after providing it all necessary permissions. I have even tried troubleshooting but it is not helping.

I have already made necessary updates and I don't know any other update. Could you suggest me the exact solution.
