HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2

I have a problem with Microphone when headphones are connected via HP USB A/C Universal Dock G2 to HP laptop Zbook 14 G9. Jabra SE20 headphones are detected. Audio output is working but microphone not. Directly connected to HP laptop is working. I updated all drivers and checked that privacy settings are correct.

 

How to fix this issue?
