Muffled audio

Muffled audio after latest windows update. Have tried updating all drivers, restoring system to previous time, etc. Nothing seems to work. Any solutions?

Unfortunately, I do not have any other suggestions.

That driver normally takes care of IDT audio problems on W10.

Finally working after first disabling and then enabling the audio driver again.
