I cant get in contact with a real person due to the chat bot saying my Product number is invalid. But I restarted my pc and now my PC is acting like it never had Bluetooth capability's. I contacted Windows support and they said to contact here. They said I needed to reinstall drivers. But no one has been able to help me. I use this PC on a daily basis for work things and school things and I cant have this issue. Its all greyed out and I dont know what to do.
Can anyone help PLEASE 😞

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop.
Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.
Also, update the BIOS for your PC by clicking on the link.
Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.
Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.
Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
