The front panel jacks no longer deliver audio, although they DO detect the insertion of a plug. Rear speaker jack works fine. Have not checked rear mic input

@donw1948 -- within the "Settings" menu, find the "Audio" page. It will have two sections -- one for "Input" and one for "Output".  Within each section, if your computer has multiple input devices, be sure to select the "front audio" device to be the "active" device.  Ditto if you have multiple output devices (speakers, headphones, Bluetooth boom-box, etc.)
