Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have constantly been trying to connect my Apple Airpods to my laptop but it won’t work. It only connects to the speaker for microphone usage. It won’t let me connect my airpods as the output device. Both the airpods and laptop are new. It doesn’t matter if i factory reset my airpods or restart my laptop. Nothing works. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.

@Julianna04 -- does your computer have "Bluetooth"  support? Is it "enabled"?

With your Airpods powered-on, on your computer, try "Add New Bluetooth Device", 

to see if your computer will "pair" with your Airpods.
