Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Had to turn computer (HP p7-1414 PC) off because keyboard not working right. Didn't work. Unplugged old keyboard, plugged new one in. Keys working OKI but now I don't get sound. No error messages. No SW or driver changes. Connected by wifi through Comcast. Looked up problem, AI said maybe the audio driver needs changing. Went to HP to get audio driver. Clicked on "Driver". Got this box. Don't know how to find driver.

You probably need to install the W10 IDT audio driver.

Tempo High-Definition Audio Driver (Original IDT)

6.10.6504.0

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

Thank you. The day after I posted that, everything started operating normally. I have no idea why, but it's very nice to be functional again.
